Our yoga classes are designed to introduce you to the practice of yoga and help you develop a strong foundation. You'll learn basic poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods to help you find peace and balance in your life.

Our Chair Yoga classes are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and endurance all while supported in or next to a chair. You'll move through a series of poses that are synchronized with your breath, creating a gentle practice that will leave you feeling relaxed, energized and invigorated.

At least once a month we host an evening to come in, lie down supported by blankets and bolsters, close your eyes ... and let us take you to a place of peace and ease. Reiki meditation and Crystal Bowls bathe you in healing vibrations!

Private or "buddy" trainings are available at your request. You can learn to listen to your own body and find modifications to create a practice that is just right for you!
